Our Clinics have been serving the Chesterfield and North Derbyshire areas since 1994 and as a sign of our standard of care and services we were awarded the Patient Partnership Quality Mark from the College of Chiropractors.

Chiropractic: Chiropractic treatment covers not only manipulation but has various approaches to care including, manipulation, mobilisation, massage, prescription of exercise and rehabilitation programmes, acupuncture, ergonomics and lifestyle advice. A report covering the evidence based on randomised controlled trials with regards chiropractic was commissioned by the General Chiropractic Council and published in February 2010. Rehabilitation : Is an intensive course of exercise therapy designed to strengthen and restore the normal function of muscles, improve endurance and stamina, increase flexibility and range of motion of tight muscles and reduce pain. Each patient is individually assessed and a supervised programme specific to your needs and level of ability is devised.

Sports and Therapeutic Massage: Massage involves manual soft tissue manipulation of the body with moving pressure over the muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system. It is used as a stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with chiropractic care.

Orthotics: The prescription of custom made orthotics, using Gaitscan and TOG International, are offered to augment chiropractic care and assist in stabilising the foot biomechanics to improve gait and function of the lower limbs which may also improve function further up the body, e.g. help reduce back, hip and knee pain.
